- Jim formed Pravel Intellectual Property Law, PC in 1994 with the goal of providing cost effective, aggressive legal services for his firm’s clients and to treat each client with dignity and respect. In 2009 the firm name was expanded to include the dba Intella IP and registered as a US Service Mark.
- Jim was sponsored by his father, Bernarr Roe Pravel in 1996, to be admitted to the United States Supreme Court. He is also admitted to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, all courts in Virginia, all courts in Texas (inactive status), the District of Columbia (inactive status) and is licensed before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
